Backyard Wedding At Home – Lauren and Aaron

I’d like to think that Lauren and Aaron had one of the first backyard wedding days in NI, way back in the summer. This is part one of their celebrations, with part 2 happening in 2021.

Lauren got ready in the summer house of her back garden, and then we made the 5 minute drive to her Granda’s property where she and Aaron, along with their families, had made the most beautiful ceremony space in the paddock. They had florals lining the aisle, a beautiful arch with their initials on the side, and beautiful musicians too. Lauren was a DIY queen and made the bridesmaids floral hoops herself too!

The best part of the day for me however, was Lauren’s dad’s surprise rendition of ‘Can’t Help Falling in Love’ with his own lyrics! It made me laugh and cry all at the same time, and was the icing on top of the cake of their intimate, backyard wedding.
